When you choose Plan Management with NADO you will have increased control over how your plan funds are used and have the option of using both registered and non-registered providers. You will also have access to our Plan Management portal and be able to view your plan in real time across any mobile device.
Plan Management is when a provider supports you to manage funding in your NDIS plan.
When choosing Plan Management with NADO, you will have a dedicated and professional Plan Manager who will assist you with all aspects of the NDIS. As part of our Plan Management service, you will also receive access to our Plan Management Portal – Careview. This is a mobile app where you can view your NDIS funds in real time, approve / reject invoices and view all the data associated with your NDIS plan. It also offers a ‘view only’ option, which can be suitable for family members, support coordinators, informal supports or external providers.

There is no out of pocket expenses when choosing Plan Management with NADO, all of the monthly fees are covered by the NDIS in addition to your support budget. Navigating around the NDIS can sometimes be confusing, so we also help you understand about line items and budgets that may relate to your plan.

Yes you can, just contact your current plan manager who will end the service booking for you and you are then able to find an alternate plan manager.

Statements are sent out on a monthly basis which lists each budget group, and service providers accessing those budgets and their expenses.
NDIS will notify you when it’s time to renew your NDIS Plan. Once you have had your planning review meeting and have chosen to Plan Manage, a new service agreement will need to be signed to cover the new plan. This will enable NADO to continue paying your invoices on your behalf.
