The Role
Are you passionate about empowering people with disability to live their best lives? Join our dedicated team as a Support Coordinator and help NDIS participants gain greater choice, control and independence. The Support Coordinator is responsible for interpreting, assisting with, and implementing NDIS Participant’s plans to strengthen their ability to coordinate their own supports and become more engaged in the community.
About You:
- The successful candidate will demonstrate strong knowledge of the NDIS framework and principles. You have excellent time management and skills, can work independently and collaboratively, have strong written and verbal communication skills and are confident in navigating support systems. You will be empathetic and have a true passion for helping people with a disability

You hold a NDIS Workers Screening Check, first aid, a certificate in Disability or a related discipline.
