Position Details

We are looking to employ an experienced Project Manager who has a proven track record in setting up a gym or activity centre which predominately supports people of all ages with a disability.

Our ideal Project Manager has:

• experience in fitting out a sensory activities centre
• ability to meet the project deadline
• ability to keep within the project budget
• ability to coordinate a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth running of the project
• strong communication skills
• Understanding of building applications
• ability to communicate with council
• ability to negotiate costings on products
• understanding of food regulations
• ability to organize trades personnel
• knowledge and understanding of sensory gym products
• ability to work along side key personnel i.e HR Manager to recruit suitable positions, Marketing, Property Manager
• ability to work along side the CEO

Ideally we would like the Project Manager to commence as soon as practical.

The position is located in Penrith (Western Sydney).
