Position Details
We are looking to employ an experienced Project Manager who has a proven track record in setting up a gym or activity centre which predominately supports people of all ages with a disability.
Our ideal Project Manager has:
- experience in fitting out a sensory activities centre
- ability to meet the project deadline
- ability to keep within the project budget
- ability to coordinate a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth running of the project
- strong communication skills
- Understanding of building applications
- ability to communicate with council
- ability to negotiate costings on products
- understanding of food regulations
- ability to organize trades personnel
- knowledge and understanding of sensory gym products
- ability to work along side key personnel i.e HR Manager to recruit suitable positions, Marketing, Property Manager
- ability to work along side the CEO
Ideally we would like the Project Manager to commence as soon as practical.
The position is located in Penrith (Western Sydney).
