The Role
The People and Culture Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the overall HR and employee experience. The position will have a key focus on recruitment along with assisting in employee engagement, performance management, and training and development whilst maintaining a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interview coordination.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding to create a seamless experience for employees.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and wellness programs.
- Maintain accurate HR records, process payroll support tasks, and ensure compliance with policies and training.
- Assist with the performance management processes, training and development programs.
- Provide general HR support and act as a point of contact for employee inquiries.
The right fit will demonstrate the following:
- Certificate or Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent to
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in HR and or recruitment
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritise workload to meet organisational needs.
- Valid and cleared NDIS Worker Clearance
