About NADO
NADO Disability & Aged Care is a community-based charity that is committed to providing services and supports that respond to the needs and personal goals of people with disability, the frail and aged, their families and carers within the context of their home, work and community life across the Nepean Blue Mountain region.
The Role
We are looking for an experienced Finance Officer to join our team. This role will provide support to the Finance Team in areas such as but not limited to:
- Plan management invoice processing and payments
- Day to day processing of transactions AP and AR
- Timely dispatch of statements to participants
- Allocating participant incoming payments through NDIS, including EFT, cheques, credit cards and cash
- Submitting to NDIS for reimbursement prior to payment to providers
- Follow up selected overdue accounts.
- Receipting and banking at regular intervals
The ideal candidate will be a team player, have experience as a Finance Officer, the NDIS and Plan Management. This position may become a full-time opportunity.
