Facilities Officer
Position Details
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Facilities Officer to join our Team. This role will see you actively involved in the day-to-day business requirements including leasing and facilities management.
Demonstrating the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines in a demanding environment and exhibit sound organisational and problem-solving skills while also ensuring consistent, safe and high quality service delivery.
Well-developed oral and written communication skills coupled with attention to detail, accuracy and numeracy skills at a high level.

About You
- The successful candidate will demonstrate at least 2 years property experience, preferably within the not-for-profit sector, accompanied with a relevant qualification in property management or trade.
- Working knowledge of workplace health and safety with an understanding or building regulation and certification requirements.
- Ability to be able to perform under pressure with effective communication skills and negotiate with confidence.
