Position Details

The Role

The primary purpose of the Disability Support Worker (DSW) role will be to provide support that enables participants to meet their daily needs and goals, including social, recreational and skill development programs. DSW will work either within a team context or 1:1 support to provide consistent, high quality services that meet the identified needs and goals of Participants.

We are seeking casual and permanent part time applicants who can work any day of the week (Monday – Sunday) and includes day shifts, nights and sleepovers.

About You

The successful candidate must have previous experience as a DSW within the disability sector. Experience and/or qualification within Mental Health/ Disability is highly desirable. You will need to hold a current driver’s license, have a current NDIS Worker Check, current paid working with children’s check, valid first aid certificate with CPR, have received the 3 doses of Covid Vaccine and hold rights to work in Australia.
