NADO is registered NDIS provider and a not for profit, community-based charity that has supported people with disabilities, their families and carers in the Nepean and Blue Mountains region for over 40 years.

The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Officer to join our team. The primary objective of this role is to introduce new clientele by providing prompt, helpful and courteous information to all enquiries in relation to our complete range of NDIS services.

The ideal candidate will be expected to demonstrate the following skills, experience and attributes:

• Proven experience in a similar role
• Customer service certificate or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers
• A positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service
• Collaborative work style
• Cleared NDIS Workers Check
• Familiarity of CRM systems
• Ability to manage and prioritise task
• Ability to adapt/respond to different needs and communication styles
• Understanding of NDIS plans (desirable)
