The Role
The Customer Engagement Administrator Officer will provide vital support for the Day Program by overseeing daily data entry and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and effective service delivery. This role involves managing a variety of administrative duties, ensuring compliance with relevant requirements, and maintaining accurate and up to date documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files related to program participants, staff and activities
- Prepare and manage reports, presentations and documentation as required
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
- Address and resolve administrative issues and concerns
- To maintain manual filing systems and/or any printable profiles and risk profiles for participants collection of their related NDIS paperwork while updating systems and soft folders.
- Organise and schedule meetings, appointments and training sessions
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative support role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines
- High level of discretion, confidentiality and professionalism
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- You will need to have a current NDIS Worker Check, valid First Aid Certificate with CPR and hold rights to work in Australia.
