The Role

We are looking for a dedicated People and Culture Admin Assistant (PACAA) to join our passionate and culture driven People and Culture team. This position will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day administrative activities of the PAC team

The successful candidate will need to present:

  •  A minimum of 1 – 2 years related experience
  • High attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Experience with HR databases and HRIS systems
  • A positive and proactive attitude with a genuine interest in people and workplace culture
  • A certificate in Human Resources or related filed is preferred, but not required
  • A NDIS Workers Clearance
