The Role

We are looking for a dedicated People and Culture Admin Assistant (PACAA) to join our passionate and culture driven People and Culture team. This position will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day administrative activities of the PAC team
The successful candidate will need to present:
- A minimum of 1 – 2 years related experience
- High attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Experience with HR databases and HRIS systems
- A positive and proactive attitude with a genuine interest in people and workplace culture
- A certificate in Human Resources or related filed is preferred, but not required
- A NDIS Workers Clearance
