Alex’s Vision of Empowerment

Alex recently created a powerful vision board filled with quotes and words that represent what choice and control mean to her. She uses it as a daily reminder of her goals, values, and the importance of making decisions that reflect who she is. Great work, Alex!     

Riley’s Exciting New Chapter

Riley is making great strides as he prepares for life after high school. Currently in Year 11 at Xavier College, with continued support from his family and NADO staff, Riley has started his transition into the workforce and is already loving his new job!   

Dallas is Building Strength, One Lap at a Time

Dallas has been making fantastic strides in his Walking and Swimming Program, combining fitness with fun every step of the way. With determination and growing confidence, he recently completed an impressive 2km of walking laps in the pool! Well done Dallas! 

Josh’s Journey of Growth

Josh recently reached a major milestone in his personal development. Through daily and  consistent support from our staff, Josh can now confidently exit the bus, walk into the centre and both order and pay for his own lunch with prompts. This fantastic achievement is a testament to Josh’s perseverance. Congratulations to Josh and his team! 

Brys’ Journey to Success

This year, Brys started an exciting new job at Endeavour Foundation Business Solutions and has already achieved a major milestone! Through hard work and dedication, he achieved his goal and has earned his certification as a Conveyor Flatbed Machine Operator – way to go Brys! 

Anil’s Award-Winning Masterpiece

Anil’s talent has shone brightly during our weekly Art Program, earning him 2nd place at the Luddenham Show with his creative masterpiece. Congratulations, Anil – what an amazing achievement! 

Brett’s Sailing Towards Success

There’s nothing quite like learning a new skill! As part of his NDIS goals, Brett has been building his sailing skills each week with Sailability through the Lawson Day Program – keep up the good work Brett! 

Caroline’s Following Her Dreams

Inspired by one of her favourite movies, Caroline entered her Inside Out cake in the Penrith Show cake contest on the 24th and 25th of August. Caroline spent 4 days making and decorating her cake and won second place! Congratulations Caroline!
