Can we have a round of applause for our amazing participant Caroline and her award- winning cake!

Inspired by one of her current favourite movies, Caroline entered her Inside Out cake in the Penrith Show cake contest on the 24th and 25th of August. Caroline spent 4 days making and decorating her cake and won second place, receiving a ribbon and a $10 cash prize! Baking is one of her favourite hobbies, and with some support and encouragement from her Mum to enter, Caroline was able to accomplish this awesome achievement.

After baking for over 4 years and completing a cake decorating course, Caroline plans to enter more competitions and make more incredible creations in the future!
