NADO Disability Services is an established community-based charity organisation that has supported people with disabilities, their families and carers in the Nepean and Blue Mountains region for over 40 years. We are looking for permanent part time DSWs to join our passionate and engaging workforce.

The primary purpose of the DSW role will be to provide support that enables participants to meet their daily needs and goals, including social, recreational and skill development programs. This DSW role will work within our accommodation houses to provide consistent, high quality services that meet identified needs and goals.

The permanent part time lines require the candidates to be able to work sleepovers, dinner shifts and working during the day between Monday to Sunday.

About You

The successful candidate must have previous experience as a DSW within the disability sector. Experience and/or qualification within Mental Health/ Disability is highly desirable. You will need to hold a current driver’s license, have a current NDIS Worker Check, current paid working with children’s check, valid first aid certificate with CPR, have received the 3 doses of Covid Vaccine and hold rights to work in Australia.
