We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced leader to join our Management Team. This role will see you leading Share My Ability, Day Programs, Recreational Services, Individualised Services and Children’s Programs.
The Community Programs Manager will guide and mentor Program Coordinators to ensure services are being delivered to a high standard. This position will be responsible for service development, relationships with participants, families and community partners, as well as increasing staff expertise and productivity across the programs.

The Role
The successful candidate will demonstrate at least 5 years leadership experience, preferably within the disability sector, accompanied with a relevant qualification in leadership, community welfare and/or a related discipline. Together with a can-do attitude and the ability to influence, inspire, motivate to get the best out of your team and the programs.
